After much deliberation, the bottom line is, I spend a lot of time, money, and thought on the trips that I plan. This ensures the effort I put into your journey is compensated, especially since I’m only paid 8-15% by tourism partners 60 to 90 days after you travel. This covers my time if I work hours planning your trip, something comes up, and you cancel. Also, I use my own income on first-hand experiences to be better for you; this helps offset that cost.
Here's the thing: when you book direct, you're already paying for my services—it's built into hotels' and resorts' marketing costs. You're just not getting those services. When you work with me, you get expertise, advocacy if things go wrong, and you support small businesses instead of big ones.
It’s a win-win.
Repeat clients are SO SPECIAL! That means that you loved working with me, and I did my job well! I would be delighted to help curate your next memories. Returning clients may pay a planning fee each time because they know what I do is worth it, but ultimately, it depends on the trip's complexity!
Absolutely! I would be happy to work with you on a group trip. Groups are a whole different ball game! Let me know on your inquiry form that you're part of a group, and I’ll send over group packages.
Ideally, 90-120 days out (longer for international and cruises). The best hotels and experiences book fast, and planning ahead gives me more options to work with. I can handle last-minute too, but availability gets tighter.
Earlier = better options for you.
Flight bookings are a minimum of $60 per traveler, up to 4%, and include flight desk support and management of your flight. Resonant packages already have your flight included in the price.
